Hello there, I attached some photos to help out the community. I have two disconnected hoses. On of them is coming from the bottom of the Carburetor (see photo 1) and the other one is coming from what it seems the front part of the Vespa (see photo 2). On Photo 2 you can also observe the hose coming from the bottom of the carburator, closer to the fuel lines.

Any help in trying to figure this out would be appreciated. I've always had issues with slowness and chocking of motor.
