Hello. I searched, but couldn't find anything that talks about both beam indicators stuck on. I also don't see this in the manual.

I've been riding a 09 GTV 250 with 6000 miles on it. What does it mean when both the high and low beam indicator is lit on the dash? My headlight isn't working at all. Neither the high nor low. I checked the bulb and fuse. Also rearranged the three relays above the horn and it didn't make a difference.

I can hear electronic clicking noise when I flip the switch between high and low beam so I think wiring in the switch is fine.

Just a stab in the dark here... try spraying WD40 in/behind the headlamp dip switch, and aggressively flip the switch back and forth. If indeed you are in Seattle, (or the bike spent the majority of its life there) you might just have some moisture related issues in the switch. New dip switch is not that expensive to replace. The PITA is taking the headset apart.

After that, I would be checking for proper voltage at the switch, as well as at the lamp holder, since you indicate no lights at all.

With a meter? If so, use the meter to chase the voltage...

If just by eyeball, they could very easily be deceiving you.
