Hello.

Does the SS180 non-battery model have 4 lines (Blue, Green, Black, and Red) from the stator? The diagram shows it should have 5 lines, including a yellow line, but there are only 4 lines from my ss180 stator and from the wiring loom of my SS180.

(I still haven't connected them again all and haven't started the engine yet, I just got some questions while assembling it. I bought a disassembled)

But there is a yellow line on the light switch.. Anyone knows what's going on?

So, what you have is wired like a USA model (Sears) vma1/sprint or allstate va15t which do not have a front parking lamp and has a two position light switch. No yellow wire from the brake coil to the harness. At least from what I can see.

While not documented I don't doubt Piaggio exported SS models with that option for certain.markets.

Thanks.. I think no similar wiring on the scooter-help.. I think I just need to install 12v kit when I repaint it.

VMA1T bulbs & wiring (blue badge)

This might be of some assistance.

It's not a bad wiring arrangement, it's all about current management.

What's wrong with the existing harness? What you've shown looks pretty good.

It is OK now but I hope to get new one for restoration in the future:) I found it that scooter works sells it.
