Hi. Help out the newbie please.

I want to fit "normal" handlebars to my GTS and get rid of the speedo and cowling.

Any advice on how I could do this? Pics, link to videos and general advice very gratefully received.

Please note I live in Vietnam so I dont have access to custom parts etc. But I can get engineering done cheaply.
