I need help on connecting the junction box for my Vape ignition. Do I need to merge Green, Blue and yellow to the regulator? Red for kill switch coil, black to black,,, Blue from stator to regulator?? Is this correct? Thanks !

You can make the original harness work, but yes you need a different brake switch and a different handlebar switch.

Once you have those, you can combine all the lighting into one power wire from the regulator. You will have to cut the old terminals and crimp/solder the new terminals in (should be in the Vape kit). Red to kill switch, ground to black. Brown ground to CDI bracket.

I answered you in your other post and now I see you've already been told what you can do. But if you'd like to convert your old harness, this may help:

Looks like your new 12V stator is set up like newer Ps, black is ground and blue is unregulated 12V. I've set up several older bikes w/ P motors or 12V conversions and by patiently tracing each circuit have managed to get everything to work. You do need to get another brake switch that COMPLETES the circuit when you hit the pedal or your brake lite will be always on until you hit the brakes and it turns off. I believe on your original harness the blue is brakes, black is ground, the green is horn and the yellow pair are lights.

Wires out of the 12V CDI conversion on my Indo Super w/ Treatland 12V regulator mounted underneath so only black ground, blue regulated 12V and green kill wire going forward.

Here's how I wired to the the original harness which was in remarkably good condition: PT Danmotors Super-T & more (Post 2642792). My other Super w/ LML 12V motor is set up pretty much the same. Disclaimer: All that said, I have ZERO experience with the SIP 12V conversion setup you have but it should work essentially the same way.

Nope, some handlebar switches can be modified if you are lucky, but you WILL need a new brake switch.

To get the horn to work, I converted the horn switch from normally closed to normally open by bending the contacts on the one on the left. You can see where 12V comes in, it's that brass bus w/ connections to headlight switch and horn switch.

Hello again! After a few rides my headlight blew off and I figured out the VBB wiring wasn't working properly or I had a pinch wired somewhere. Decided to upgrade to BGM wiring and this is what I got for now until I permanently connect the wiring.. does it look right?, I fallowed the instructions but it is a SIP VAPE with BGM wiring(color doesn't match perfectly)
Black on regulator bolt, both goes to chassis?
