Hi to all, im hoping to get some answers to my issue please....
Ive just fitted a new complete pinasco 225 engine to my 2007 vespa px125. Pinasco FLYTECH ignition as standard, I had to purchase the regulator separately from pinasco. My issue is that the regulator taken off had 5 plugs and this new pinasco one has 4 plugs. Ive got her running however with no electrics for lighting, indicators etc, as there's no plug for the blue wire that feeds these. My other issue is when running im getting huge amounts of fuel blowing back through top of carb, im just wondering if this is also an ignition problem/timing problem.....
I really appreciate any communications back to these issues,
Cheers,

are you using the same wiring loom?? If so, is there a PDF of the loom for us to take a look?

is this the one?

your pics show red, red/white, black, combined green and gray, and blue. That is nothing like the PDF that i posted.

I really need the wiring diagram to your wiring loom to understand it. You don't want to energize your wiring loom until you understand what it does; otherwise, damage can be done to components.

think i would just use the original regulator/rectifier.

from stator, connect AC out to blue at harness. The other AC out will not be used.

i personally would not use the Pinasco ignition; rather, use the Vape Static.
