Modern Vespa

Evening all, newbie here.

I have just bought a 2017 GTS 300 as a project, so I will be looking for spares and advice if possible.

I have just bought the GTS as a stolen recovered, I have the keys and the receipt from the insurance company, docs on the way.

It's a non starter, fuel pump kicks in but will not turn the engine over, any info on this would be greatly appreciated?
Possible new antenna needed?
Ignition lock/barrel definitely needed.
The glove box will not stay fastened neither will the seat?

First - what flashes, for how long and how many, do you get from the red 'code' LED on the dash, and most importantly, does it then go off or does it stay on?
