Don't know what it's like getting parts for your scooter in your part of the world, but you wouldn't want to live here in NZ, because Kiwis are really bloody greedy!
I bought a clear flyscreen one week ago for my GTS300 SuperSport online from bruceshark.com for a mere $64 NZD that was delivered today.
If you've got a few minutes, go check out Vespa Auckland (NZ's Exclusive Vespa Dealer) where the same flyscreen costs $529 NZD + whatever they want to charge you to get it fitted.
I've just got off the phone to the Auckland store, who told me that you can't get one for the 2019 model because they don't make them anymore, they're now obsolete!
Although we are encouraged to support Kiwis, I myself, buy all of my stuff online and I can justify doing that because I have to pay GST (Goods & Services Tax) on everything I buy, which supports our economy.

That does seem to be a bit outrageous from a price differential.

Not sure if SIP ships to NZ, but they typically have good prices on all kinds of stuff as well. And they are pretty well stocked.

We have a Christchurch based business that brings in SIP stuff weekly (he's a SIP agent) and carries good stock of everyday items. His post costs are realistic too. By getting a bunch of orders together every week he spreads the horrendous freight costs from Europe across all the buyers.
Similarly for buying from somewhere like Scooterwest etc. in USA, $100 freight on things is common, no matter how small it is.

I prefer to support our man in Christchurch as if there's any problem he's easy to deal with. Not always the case with online sales.
