Hello, I took my p125 oil pump part to clean it. It was full of sludge so I cleaned it out with carb cleaner. I was blowing the passages out and I noticed a tiny spring and ball bearing in my hand.

I've searched for an exploded view of the pump to see where these parts go, and if there are others that blew out with them. I couldn't find anything on the web.

Does anyone no where to find the diagram or explain how to assemble those tiny parts?

By the way, that spring is like trying to pick up a grasshopper.

I found the parts list. I wasn't looking for the airbox diagrams.

Now, where can I find a "bush for ball" indicated on the vespa parts list. I believe it's a bushing that goes in front of the spring.

It's the check valve (or one way valve) on the output side of the pump that supposed to prevent oil from 1) from reverse flowing while it's operating and 2) supposed to keep oil from siphoning into the carb while the bike is parked.

There are 3 parts to it, a small ball bearing, a small low tension spring, and a little white nylon bushing that holds it in place and acts as a spacer to preload the spring when the pump is installed on top of it. I do not see the nylon bushing in your photo. You may have to look for it.

They go where I've added a red circle to your photo and correspond to parts 61, 62, and 63 in the attached parts diagram which illustrates the order they sit down in the hole.

Thank you Jim, yes I can't find the bushing. I've been looking for it, but no luck. I ordered one from Scooter West today.
