Modern Vespa

I currently have this flywheel on the engine.



It is a Piaggio model




Replacement parts look like this, a 2 parts flywheel with a bolted on fan wheel



I was wondering if this is the original flywheel that came on the engine.

It looks very similar to my vnb4t flywheel. I would guess yes.

Ok, i will keep it then, no mod as possible, historic rebuilt

I put a pinasco flytech EI on my VNB
Very happy with it FWIW.

I would do the same for me !

For this one, I want to rebuild it as new and close as possible to original. I may not keep it, what I see from here in Europe, some people pay way more for a rebuilt close to original than restomod, even to make it more reliable.

So I invest as low as possible to keep my cost down, make a profit and this money will be used as a part of a Rally 200 I will soon purchase as a keeper. Of course I will rebuilt it, my way this time
