et4 throttle making hands numb and better suspension?

i have a 06 yamaha vino and it feels a lot smoother than my 02 et4. my hands go numb after handling the throttle after 30 minutes. anyone have any advice on making the ride smoother? my suspension also feels every bump, while the vino 06 has much better ride with bumps/etc.

Replace the front shock absorber. That should help.

Darn right. Maybe the rear shock too. Depending on the age of the tires, maybe time for new. And the air pressure in them set for a better ride?

My throttle hand tends to cramp up (probably squeezing too tightly). When it does I try a different grip.
