Hi all,
Had a significant injury recently that required surgery, so sitting at home I wandered around the world buying bits for my 2023 GTS HPE 2.
Attached are the results.

-Removed all orange/black decals
-Removed indicators
-Replaced grab rail with SIP rail/rack
-Removed all Vespa badging replaced with Rizoma badging, did I really spend that much ? Wha? emoticon
-Rizoma grips
-Rizoma barend weights
-SIP adjustable brake levers
-SIP small black screen
-Removed appallingly large numberplate mounting

In the end, rather pleased with the result.
Now... what about an aftermarket exhaust......

That looks really nice!

I think the blacked out OEM exhaust actually looks pretty good. I'd suggest sticking with that for a bit.

Akropovic and Malossi both have options with a black can, but they are very pricey.

Scooterwest has this one for $1200!!! Looks good though and if you've got the $$, why not?

Nicely done!

I'm laid up after ACL repair (currently getting a tattoo lol) and have passed the time shopping for a Trident 660.

Though i am thinking new brake levers and wheels/tires since i'm going to have to replace the rear tire soon anyway.....

Would be totally appropriate to display it in the Rothko Chapel.

Have you looked at the Street Triple? Far better bike, more expensive but far better in all departments.

Looks great, but I would be worried about cars not seeing me, hopefully you wear some reflective material or some bright color vest/jacket.

I took my OEM grab rail and Classic Racks rear rack off my GTS250 to give it a cleaner, sporty look.

The Classic Rack was interfering with the Solo Gel Seat I had installed.

I'm not opposed to adding the SIP grab rail / rack combo if the clearance around the Solo Seat is better.

What are your thoughts and experiences with that specific part?

I have, main use is same as vespa commuting almost exclusively with the occasional "just because" ride. The trident ticks all the boxes without being excessive, and i'm far less likely to do something stupid.
