Clutch squeal
The shoes on the centrifugal clutch & bell get shiny
Not uncommon on this kind of drive trains
My 400 Burgman would chirp
There can be causes like a leaking seal, worn out shoes
Many times you can
Rev the bike with the brakes locked for a few seconds, this may provide temporary relief
Take the clutch apart & take the shine off the bell & shoes
I live with it,
Should I have the clutch apart for a belt change or whatnot,
I deglaze with some sand paper, if by hand, grit doesn't matter, with power tools I make sure not to reshape either
fix it by adding a fuzzy washer to the vari and stop using slow take offs from stops. don't full throttle it by use the throttle to get going at least 1/4 -1/2 and then ease off if you need to. DONT BABY IT.
