Modern Vespa

My MP3 has developed a strange fault..... with the engine running if I try to indicate left or right then all 4 indicators flash rather than the expected 2.

The hazard button works fine

If I turn the ignition off they stop flashing until I turn the ignition back on

Any help grateful accepted

HI,
As first steps I would check the turn switch, may be there is a short in the switch itshelf.
the second steps I would change the "turn signal lamp device with hazard module"

This morning it is working fine so I suspect it was water either in the switch or flasher.

The wiring diagram looks very useful do you know where I can get a full copy?
