SIP to sell rebranded Technigas GP4 exhaust for Primavera 125-150 3V (1st gen).

The price has gone up compared to the Technigas GP4 exhaust but now comes in a black finish.

I am new to Vespas and these modern scooters, my experience is mostly with carbureted 2 strokes.

How does an exhaust system like this work with a fuel injected engine?

Surely it isn't just bolt on and go?

Bolts straight on and the Engine Control Unit / fuel injection system copes with the change without issue.

The main benefit will be a slight weight loss compared to the standard exhaust.

I have a similar exhaust fitted to my 4 stroke Vespa 125 and after removing the noise restriction at the end of the silencer; performance increased noticeably with only a slight drop in fuel economy and not a big difference in loudness.
