I am having a problem with my MP3 250 tilt-lock system. I have removed the tilt-lock control unit and have measured pin 4C (brake caliper sensor switch) to ground. My resistance is approx 11 ohms. The service guide says the switch is a normal open switch so I would expect it to read an open without power applied. My problem is twofold:
1. I cannot determine where the brake caliper sensor switch / connector is located.
2. If 11 ohm to ground is normal without power applied
Any help with this would be appreciated.

The switch is normally s/c unlocked so 11 ohms is probably right. The switch sits at the top of the locking quadrant and is shifted off normal by the quadrant brake cable.
