It is a 1970 Super 150. Is this the correct taillight housing? And where might I find a new lens for it?

Should be correct, as these are usually found some on late 60's-sometimes early 70's. This is usually referred to as a 'Tuna Can' light. Predecessor to the more square 'Tractor' light.

You can spray the inside with anodized red spray paint. If you can't find a replacement.
