Hello everyone.

I have a 2021 Primavera. I can't open the seat. Well, I can but only via the glovebox and the latch inside that.

Key fob does not open the seat. The lock button (next to the ignition) also does not open the seat.

Fob appears to "working" in that the blue light on it lights up and it turns on the indicators. Thus assume it's not this.

Has anyone experienced this? What do I need to do please?

First, is the ignition switch on? The seat unlock button doesn't work when the scooter is locked. I'm assuming the scooter starts and runs.

Can you hear the solenoid (electrical actuator) from under the seat when you press the key fob button or the unlock pushbutton?

Next, see if there's power at the USB plug. It's on the same fuse and switch as the seat actuator.

I had this exact problem.

The electric motor to pop the seat is located in the floor. Water drains through here and the motor can easily corrode.

It needs to be replaced, and then while the floor panel is off, it makes sense to spray a lot of cavity anti corrosion spray to stop it happening again.
