Hello,
I bought a basket case a while back, and I was told it was a P125x. It looks like it may be a Vespa 125 TS (Turismo Sport) 1975-1978.

If it is, what parts are interchangeable with a P125X. I have ordered a shitload of P125X parts, which makes me feel like a real dumbass.

Per the number on the block, it's an '80 P125X.

I have the same block and had the same concerns. The TS and PX have the same prefix.
