Silly question, but are you pulling at least one of the brake levers when hitting the starter button?
If so, is the brake light illuminating when you pull the lever? If the brake light works, there is a reddish-brown relay under the seat, next to the battery. Does it click when the scooter is switched on and the brake lever is pulled? |

Not a silly question thank you for answering, yes I hold the brake lever and brake light lights up, I installed a new brown relay that's next to battery no clicking

The non-clicking starter relay is disconcerting.
Admittedly, the sequence needed is for the key to be on, brake lever held/brake light on, kill switch set to Run, press Start. You could hold a brake lever with a rubber band to free up a hand. I'll look at my LX project in the light tomorrow. My through is to pull the relay, identify the leads from the start button and ground, connect them with a multimeter reading DC volts and see if you see 12 volts when the starter button is pushed. If that fails, consult the wiring diagram and see how the power makes its way there. |

OK, so I am realizing that something is shorting out my batteries. It's killing my batteries draining my battery. I put in another new battery and it drains out immediately. Any idea

Check the kill switch, also was there anything extra adding to the scoot like heated grips, also check battery is charging when revving up, should read somewhere like 13 or 15, something is alive on the scoot.
