To answer the OP's question, the sender kkart was in fact a scammer and has been banned. All private messages from the scammer will now be removed, and every recipient will receive a notification warning that they have recently been contacted by a scammer.

Be careful out there, folks -- scammers want your money, and they will get it if you let your guard down.
