how to fix my sprint 150 iget speedo not turn light on,signal not function,but head lamp just light on,emo ligt censor just ok,but my reading on its regulator was like not normal voltage..it just about 14,7 volt and when im throtle up it just only 14.7v...nothing happen...its not up and down...if i change the regulator and my starter relay,can it turn back to normal?helpme plissss...

14.7 volts is about where the voltage regulator kicks in, so it sounds like it's working. Does the voltage drop with the engine off or when you try to start it?
What was the last thing you did (service, accident, lighting, drive into a lake, take it apart out of general curiosity or boredom, etc) to the bike before this happened?
