Recently bought a PX that came with two stadium mirrors attached to the leg shield, only problem is, I can't see a thing in them, so they're useless.

I love the clean look of the headset without big mirrors, are there any decent alternatives out there?

These are the ones I have

You could put a flyscreen on and attach short mirrors and stems to the flyscreen pillars? I have longer stems on mine , I commute each day and can't cope without my px mirrors especially when overtaking and without them you are vulnerable as you have to turn your head round doing 60mph and that's not that safe . However I understand why people don't have mirrors as they vibrate and shake loose and often corrode. Mines in picture, sort of nod to the mod style but not a mod. The flyscreen does keep you a bit drier in the wet and does collect a lot of splatted flies rather than going over me or the odd wasp getting into jacket which has happened before whilst driving it.

The OEM under cowl mounts on the PX with their double fixture are as solid as it gets unfortunately.
Unless one is trim with narrow shoulders, the stalks need to be real long which increases the amplitude of vibrations.
Adding a rubber insulator to the base of the stalk makes vibrations only worse.
Adding (rubber insulated) weights to the bar ends reduced vibrations considerably. Need to be heavy though.

I have had to have my mountings welded under way and have decided to go leg shield mirror but I agree this is mainly a Bobby dodger and not a safe, practical alternative.

In your case I would first try the weighted bar ends. There is plenty on offer for motorcycles.

T5 square mirrors work well, in this case with an OEM flyscreen. As said previously, the screen de-emphasises the sticky out headset mirrors to a great extent.

That's a nice screen and lovely scoot too. I can't run mine without the flyscreen now as it feels naked without it. It does actually protect from you from insect splats and rain. I've got one of those square mirrors on my PKXL with under handlebar bracket and it's very stable .

I prefer the smaller mirrors even though you see less. But I understand the preference for better view and safety...

I like your screen btw.
As was observed above even the smallest is véry effective. I was surprised by the one on my MG LeMans 1 back in the days. Ditto on my BMW K75S.
On our scoots it will also have positive effect on the top speed by somewhat reducing the parachute effect of the rider´s chest.
Not sure I like the look of one on my P200E though

on a side note; when I bought my first motorbike mirrors were not much of an issue if at all. It had none.
The bike in question was a 23 y.o. Norton type 7 which I used for commuting (600 km return trip Netherlands <> Germany - weekends). For nostalgic reasons I held on to it for some 15 years and never grew it a mirror.
Although it was a different world, it was not very sensible. Pffff half my life was things that looked like a good idea at the time.
And then there is me wanting to revert to a leg shield mirror. Mind; one only. Most definitely part of the other half that did not look like a good idea Facepalm emoticon

I want not too big black round mirrors for my P. Found this BGM on Scooter Center. And it is the best mirrors I ever have. There also chrome version and if you need you can buy one piece only.

+1 for FAR mirrors. First I had them on LML and now they moved to PK. For sure nice and quality product.

SIP Pordoi mirrors also top, but pricey and bit specific and not suit to every scooter imho.

I have one on my Special.
