Ringing noise coming from the area of the variator (Vespa ET 4 150). What can it be?

The movie is only sound, but I definitely hear the clutch bell ringing.
Something is hitting the clutch bell.

When you give it more throttle it seems to stop, probably when the clutch engages.

So most probably it is something inside the clutch that is hitting the bell.

If you ask for my idea: I think it could be a broken spring inside the clutch.
