Modern Vespa

Last month I spent 9 days riding Northern California and Oregon with a group of around 20 riders. We didn't all ride together but rode roughly the same route and most of us stayed in the same town if not the same motel every night. Here's a few pics:

Great photos...and yeah, a bit envious too!

What was your mileage like?

I normally got around 65 MPG.

I just realized I never finished this ride report.

Looks like the G.G, Alcatraz, Lombard St. and China Town.
I understand that Union Sq. has a whole different look these days - compared to when I busked there in 1967.
I spent the summer of 1967 living & working as a cook in an apt. in Haight/Ashbury after thumbing from Amherst MA, to see the Big Sur.
Scariest moment of that whole year living on the streets...was the time I woke from a nap on the grass in Union Sq. .....and my $400 Martin guitar was still laying next to me!
