Like the look of the new Michelin city extra tyres , available in sizes for the Vespas ,Nice deep tread and puncher proof layer .
I have Pirelli angles on my gts 300 and tread depth is half the amount of the Michelin,s .

Despite the Thai video, it does look like they're sold outside Asia; although, I'm not seeing 120/70-12s in the US.

Interesting ! Will they be better than the City Grip 2? I'm curious about the testing and feedback.

Never thought of that, good idea for pulling tree stumps out, more seriously, reminds me of Harley with the hard wall tyres at the beginning, it was like riding on cart wheels, obviously technology has improved since, but if you do not push the scoot, I can see their uses as to not get punctures in countries where the roads are not the best, always good to have options, as for me the city grip 2 on my MP3 500 is pretty damn good.

Those look like they would evacuate a lot of water. I do wonder what the compound is like. I do recall reading from Michelin that the CG2 had a higher Silica composition over the original CG to improve wet pavement performance. If they upped it even more, I imagine those living in wet climates would benefit from choosing these.
