Hey guys, I'm planning a scooter camping trip. Open invite for vintage scooters, come do the whole trip or just meet up for a night or two. Rides are going to be 100-250 miles per day, camping the entire way. Would love to meet some new people.

If only I was closer...
(...and my back wasn't so fucky. These days 100 to 125 miles is about all I can muster unless there is a hotel bed at the end of the ride.) |

I'll be with you in spirit, as my club is doing our annual Nachez Trace camping trip that weekend, riding from Nashville down to Alabama, then riding some more, and limping back on Sunday.

Gonna race corsa next year too and be racing motorcycles a lot, so we will see how much I have in my enthusiasm tank. I'm also targeting doing the IFP next year, assuming it's more mid-atlantic than new england, so you might want to keep an eye on that. |

A line from that Smiths song describes perfectly the summer that we've had in the UK:
"I know it's over and it never really began". |
