Hello everyone.

Thank you all for this forum. It's been very helpful but I am still stuck.

My Vespa was sitting in a hot garage all summer on a tender. I went to start it and the lights and dash come up, immobilizer light is off, kills with in the right position…nothing. No click, nothing turns over nothing. I replaced the battery as it was three years old and deals with this 120 degree palms springs garage.

So new battery and still nothing. I checked all the fuses.

Any thoughts or ways to test other things would be awesome and much appreciated.

Thanks everyone.

1) Wiggle the kill back and forth a couple of dozen times.

2) check the brakes lights come on when squeezing each lever individually.

Well then, maybe the starter relay.

Also when checking the fuses did you use your eyeballs or a multimeter?
