Hi ive got a drilled filter with a sito exhaust on my none autolub 24/24 carb 1980 Vespa P200E and I'm in need of jetting advice again please. I ask before sometime ago but that was without the drilled filter. I live by the coast in Somerset England so I'm at sea level I read jetting is different at sea level.

160AC BE3 125 main, 55/160. That's the exact jetting i install on all of my stock P200's with a Sito + and drilled air filter, except that in addition i'll also match the flow of my carburetor to both the airbox and intake. I set my timing at about 21.5~22 degrees. I do a fair amount of highway riding near sea level. It works excellent for me at any temperature outside. It's a bit too rich when it's around 100 degrees outside, but we only get a few days of those a year in Oregon. Most of the time it's cool rainy weather.

all the same setup as yous and i had a 125 main jet in. I got my hands on stuff to do the timing and been messing around with it today. I got TDC and backed it back to 23 degrees and tested it with the strobe gun. It's showing it's about 17mm after the 23 degrees mark. The stator is set to A and I marked it. I haven't moved it yet because I'm not sure about it. I fort if it did need moving it will be a very small bit. I have put a post up with two videos and sone photos of it.
