If you are going to do that, there are much better motors to stick in there than the Piaggio 500.

Should you do it? only if you like building things and dealing with the hassle

Having owned an MP3-500, I can tell you from personal experience that that specific engine would be the worst possible choice to transplant. It has plenty of grunt, but all the finesse of an agricultural tractor.

It would be a whole lot of work just to end up with something that you would almost certainly be disappointed with.
