Modern Vespa

Hi, I recently purchased a 2022 Supertech GTS 300, it was a good deal so i had no choice over super/ supertech model.
I do like the dash but after a few months i realized that there is not enough information on the dash for my liking. My question is? Is it possible to re-program the dash to display more information? RPM and temps are the first pluses, maybe the RPM being a scaling dial and temp like the fuel bar stack?
After extensive googling, i have not found anyone who has done this?
I have the Vespa app and that was great but it is just text size information, also not always connecting.
Could i get a odb2 cable/adapter and feed it to the dash or replace the dash with it?
is this possible or just a pipe dream or should of waited out for Super and got a SIP dash?

I made my own app instead of Piaggio's shit app. Although the layout of the screen can't be changed, i can show things little rpm etc in place of the nav distances/times.

I have got your app, and saw the features, instantly paid for the pro version.

This has what lead me to investigate further into reprograming the main dash.

I am just across the ditch and have the same model bike as yourself.
