Modern Vespa

I enjoy a good nighttime ride in the rain on my scooter - but it is the local farmers in this part of Ohio who are suffering through weeks and weeks of no useful rain.

At this time of year I'm used to riding through lush green canyons of corn and soy beans, like this....





Now the plants are parched and waiting for the farmer.

We're all looking forward to some rain - for our own reasons.

It has rained almost every day for the past four weeks in North Florida.

Officially over 12" in September so far.

We would have gladly sent some to Ohio.
