Koso Heated Grips - 120mm or 130mm?

Hi All

I just brought home a new-to-me 2007 GTS 250ie. I want to install Koso grips as I've done on some of my other motos (I reviewed them for Rider mag a few years ago.) Koso offers the universal fit Apollo series I'm familiar with in 120 and 130m sizes. I measure my stock Vespa grips at 127mm. Have any of you installed these, and if so, which did you go with? Thanks.

Not heated, but I just replaced the factory grips on mine with superbike grips and had the same question. Went with the longer ones and it worked out fine. Reasoning was the rubber grips would compress more easily than stretch, with shorter ones might end up with a gap.

You cannot compress heated grips, they are hard plastic inside (contrary to regular grips).

I can't answer your question about the Koso's though, but just don't expect them to compress.
