Modern Vespa

Hello to all.

I need your help and knowledge to solve an issue I've encountered.

I have T5 and the original light switch didn't work so I purchased one from SIP, this one: https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/light-switch-bosatta-for-vespa-125-t5_23362100?usrc=Horn.

Turnouts it came with two connections (the blue and orange) that if I connect any of then to the horn it starts as soon as I turn the ignition.

The original switch only had one horn connection, since the other horn terminal already is in use.

I have a battery in the Vespa since it also has the electric start.

Is there any way to solve this?

That's for a non battery model. Since there's no repro switch, you'll have to adapt the one from a PX…

So there is no way of doing some wire shunt since it as to do with the way the button actuates?


Money thrown out the window and SIP advises this product under the T5 model selection.


What kind of adaptation would be required for the one on the link? The connections near the headlight?

Hello, I've bouth the PX version (583090),any idea of what to do to adapt it?

Is it only the light bulbs connections?
