I started up my Elettrica today and pushed button for forward driving. After turn gas handle right side, the scooter "jumped" forward in small steps instead of driving steady, and there was a strange sound from the read tire/engine.

See video

https://m.youtube.com/shorts/YtIpe3zD5Ps

If I just walk the scooter forward there is this clicking sound from the rear.
I turned it off and started again, and it was normal.
I drove about 10 minutes and parked for 1,5 hours.
Same problem when starting again.
No icons/errors in display.
Has anyone else experienced this?

First basic step would be to check the hub oil level.

Remove the dipstick, clean it, put it back in and screw it in, then remove and check again.

Being too low is a problem, but also being too high can also cause too much pressure.

When was the last time it went to a dealer for software updates?

Edit: Are you reversing in the video using reverse mode?

I had it on the first service two years ago. I don't know if they did any software update.

The aux battery is low so I get this as well. see image.
When I reversed in the video i just walked it backwards.
