The LiFePO4 (LFP) is probably going to be essential with the Malossi fitted. Constant 13V rather than a drop to 10.5V on cranking really helps.

Doúble checked the battery fitted. Both specifications and the physical thing in the frame.
Surprisingly dusty and rusty. Been in there since production 2019. Although starting no issues, no sin in replacing it.*
Quadruple checked the ´+´ is on the right side. It is ordered with coupon et al.
Shipping is cheaper as lighter thus adding up to same price at the door.

Could be here on Monday but best not write that and jinx it.

* will try the Malossi e-thing again when it is fitted. One never knows. With ignition on, lights switch on too so maybe voltage drops below threshold of the e-thingy.

meanwhile the battery is ... sómewhere. DHL said I was not home and they did drop it off at the drop off centre either, stating it is now put in storage.
The seller asks me to contact Spanish DHL.
Those sofar not respond.
Will gove them till the weekend and then will try claim money back.

Thus not tried fitting the Malossi e-gadget again.

Did use the scoot and it is getting ever better.
Do not really inderstand why as the chrome steel rings in Nikasil cylinder should need no running in really but whatever, it does get more ´loose´ as it gobbles up kms ever quicker.
It is very much more quick indeed. Not fáster on the top end but especially two up it will hold speed incomparably much better.

The engine/intake/exhaust upgrade in this light scoot was definitely the thing to do for my use.
I would not want it any quicker.

Any sign of the Battery? I've been having problems with mine. Having problems starting, had to charge it up again yesterday, after only 100 miles. It has it's standard Yuasa fitted, was looking at the Malossi MTX7L-BS GEL.
What do you recon?

The battery fínally turned up and is fitted.

Lithium battery Primavera

Today went for a spin with Red and NSM Blue .

Introduction from Andalucía (Page 6)

Putting the Primavera back inside I indeed noticed Clap emoticon
It is only 3 kg but when you have a borderline go-nogo sidewalk edge to tackle, you most definitely notice low vs full fuel tank too.

Update.
The electronis is a dud. Would not bother with it. Without it, the engine does have a dip halfway up the revs but it works well enough.

The cilinder/cam/exhaust como is doing what I intended. The additional power/grunt is just the thing.

The local highway has a steep climb up the Las Prizas pass. It is several kms at 7% and has a crawler lane for trucks.
Two up not the first option for a 125 Primavera and in standard trim downright dangerous. Now it does 85 km/h.
Max. speed seen on the clock two up 120 km/h.

On the flat it is now on option to go on the highway as one can keep up with the slow lane even two up. Mind, I still do not like that and will avoid.
On the provincial roads no longer feel a danger going up long inclines.

Cruising the twisties the engine can now push faster than the combo scoot/roads permit.
The low weight of the 125 Primavera remains a huge plus.

As to fuel economy I have not done enough comparable use yet but it seems the same or better.

All in all it has made the little Primavera a practical two up scoot.

Review some more kms up and down the road.
Still not completely happy with the two flat sports but the performance increase in MÓRE than worth it.
Two up 90 km/h on the highway makes I feel comfy doing the odd short connecting bit.
On the secondary roads it is downright quik and on provincial ones only the longest and steepest inclines slow in down to 60 km/h. Mind that is two up.
Apart from those uphill, the thing is now quick enough to be overall faster than most cars.
I know a 250/300 has more power and oomph but this deLÍGHTful scoot is simply quicker handling and I no longer feel like a road block.; win-win.

Glad it's going well. I've had a top speed of 71mph (roughly 114 kl) out of mine. Quite torquey. Feels very much like my old LX, but better handling due to the larger wheels.
