I have a 2021 Piaggio mp3 500 h p e sport advanced the petrol flap will not open when you turn the key when you push the key in to open flap the key will not turn I managed to get the flap open but the locking arm will not turn with the key if you hold the arm back with your finger the key will turn and if you hold tension on the key and let the arm go the key will hold the arm back if you let the key go the arm will go forward but will not go back with key how can I fix this thanks

Remove all of the tupperware, starting from the rear, and adjust or replace cable

Worth posting a few pictures to see if all is in place and nothing is twisted or moved if bike has been left in the sun.
