Modern Vespa

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the tilt lock. Whenever it's on lock position, no matter if I use the center stand or not, it beeps long like an alarm 5 times whenever I use the tilt lock. The sensor was changed yesterday, and the tilt motor works fine, always pulls and releases. On the dash when I lock it, it comes up the "Aladin's lamp" sign and a wrench and 1 more thing. When I unlock it, it shows it's unlocked. The problem and the beeping coming only when I lock the tilt.
If air the cause, how can I bleed it? I have manual pump only.To bleed it by taking off the top from the oil reservoir and pump it at the wheels at the bleeding screw, no oil comes out. The reservoir was not emptied out.

Bleed it with a 50 ml syringe from the bleeder nipple at the bottom may work better.
