Aight. I am officially putting the kibosh on further discussion of trans athletes in sports. It's clear that there is a lot of emotion on the subject, and I don't wish any actual stakeholders ill-will. I don't believe that MV is a suitable venue for this conversation, and I can see that this will spiral out of control in short order.
Thanks, all.

skids Love you, brother, but that topic will only divide us. Jess is right.
True story...one night.....I met a sweet brown lady. I was a little drunk. She climbed on top of me...and her balls rubbed my thigh. She spent the rest of the night laying on my chest and getting high. Honestly, if that was my gig I would have married her. |

It started again and nothing was said until my rebuttal of misinformation, opinion being given as fact. I would like to see it continue and be civil. We can be civil about most things in here, misinformation is misinformation... Hate and discrimination of any kind should be disputed. Misinformation and statements like the one made saying transwomen clearly have an advantage based on some person I saw in the gym needs to be called out as wrong and is clearly bias. I would prefer that happen at a higher pay grade than mine but if not I'm gonna say something. I'd not argue the point further.

My siblings have been on a Brussels sprout kick as of late. They strive to include them as a side dish in a meal at least twice a month.
The current preparation involves beer and bacon, two elements that shine on their own. It feels dishonest to have to have to doll up said vegetable in order to make it palatable. So says the weirdo who likes lima beans.

LED "upgrades" are absolutely trash for anything on the road, this is a hill you can't even trench into. I've got some other technology cranks I'll drag out one day. This isn't an opinion. It's mind blowing science.

Then this year two different vehicles came in with a similar situation, a Toyota and a Mercedes. Thankfully the Toyota is mine so could really put my John Wick into it. I've read Vespa technical manuals and they are quite cutting in their language, which is assumed in German. Anyway, I'll let this develop if there are any takers. Quote: |

They were super bright, I was much more visible, my wife was happier and then I noticed my teeth getting whiter, my muscles getting stronger and my gray hairs disappeared. Soon after I got a promotion and a substantial raise allowing me to buy a vacation home in the Hamptons, where I recently hosted a dinner party attended by Nathan Fillion, Dave Gilmour, Woody Allen and a host of other wonderful people. So, all in all, I think the LED bulbs were a good investment. http://www.hawaiiwhalesrus.com/ |

Our local former Toys-R-Us is now a large liquor store. I refer to it as Booze R Us, though that's not their actual name. The big giraffe is still on the front of the building, but now he's wearing sunglasses and a big grin and has a Martini in his .. uhh .. hoof.

Here are a few
Beer is made from malted barley, hops, yeast and water. Nothing else. No jicama guava lime maple earwax bacon mars bar infusions. (Sideponder- do they still make mars bars?) Beer does not belong in a snifter. The more ingredients that are not malted barley, hops, yeast and water in a brewpub's beer, the less likely it is that they make good beer. Unfiltered beer should be treated like a urine sample from someone with a bladder infection. None of these ideas are intended in any way to limit pretentious twats in their beverage choices. I want the WhalesRUs franchise for Tokyo. I hear whales are very popular in Japan. The hardest part about being vegan is that you have to remind people every fifteen minutes that you are vegan. Unfortunately, whales are not part of a vegan diet. Bad News- Because of windmills, whales might not be around much longer. Good News- Lowes is having a sale on freezers. So you can still enjoy them after they're gone.

Since they didn't work weekends, I'd only set it for Mon-Fri. I fixed that. Since I'm now retired, I also took the opportunity to change the DND end time to 7:30. |
