My front fender is wobbly on my chetak sprint clone, mostly when you grab it from the opposite side from the the two side attachment bolts. I see a hole on top. Is this the bolt I'm missing (see attached screenshot)? Can someone help me out and link to the part on scooter mercado? I'm making up an order.

Usually there's 3 bolts up at the top of the fender and one on the right side. Any small bolt from the hardware store that fits will do.

For bonus points, I've added some teflon washers to the paint side and rubber washers on the underside to help with rattles/ paint cracking.

I've got two on the side and a hole on the top!
