I attached a video of the switch when the switch failed. I included a subject. I don't know it happend twice. Could it be the video?

Videos are not supported. That said, I would have hoped for a more informative error message, rather than "No post mode specified".

The only way to embed a video is to upload it to Youtube or Vimeo and link it.
