Hello all!

I'm installing a Pinasco Flytech kit onto my VBC Super and it comes with a 4-pin regulator. I'm using a BGM 12V conversion wiring harness.

From the harness there's only two wires go to the regulator but it has four pins. Which of the four should I connect the wires? Where do I plug the ground wire?

I'm on AC system, not using any battery.

I just bought a generic 4 pin regulator/rectifier to try on my Bajaj project. I already have a nice adjustable Trail Tech regulator that works great to control the 12V and higher AC coming from the stator but I have a battery and hope I can charge it with this. It looks just like the regulator in the instructions they sent you, but nothing like the regulator they actually sent.

Here are the pin outs on mine:

Contact Pinasco and ask for the pin outs on this 'updated' regulator?
mine is like the little silver one w/ 4 pins stacked 2 by 2.

One more question: how to tighten the flywheel to torque? Those plastic fins will just snap off!

It just doesn't go all the way up!

There are two options:

1. There are holes on the flywheel to hold on with Pinasco tool
https://www.scooter-center.com/en/flywheel-holding-tool-pinasco-flytech-pn25350001

2. https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/ignition-sip-performance-by-vape-road-12v-ac-for-vespa-125-vna-vnb-gt-gtr-1-super-ts-1-150-vba-vbb-t4-gl-sprint-v-1-super-1_510061RA Razz emoticon

Are you sure you have the correct flywheel for your cone? Flywheel should "stick" on crank taper by placing it on and giving it a bump with your fist.

Is it possible to flick on a good old Ducati flywheel? Will it work?

with the Pinasco regulator, you would need to combine blue and red and post #1.
