Modern Vespa

I have a few moto projects that I am considering for the fall/winter. Many of the videos I've been watching talk about Cerakoting various parts to enhance the finish.

It looks like this process is possible on a relatively small scale (table top sand blaster, small oven, airbrush with regulator, etc.). The end results look great, and the process looks fun.

Is anyone Cerakoting in a home shop or garage? Did anyone make the investment and decide it wasn't worth it? Did anyone get hooked and decide to Cerakoat the sh*t out of everything they owned?

I think a few folks on the vintage forum have done ceramic coating on exhausts for durability and corrosion resistance. It looks a treat, but I have no idea if the application process is a PITA or not... fwiw

I do firearms and such. Not as a business, just for refinishing a bunch of my AKs i built several years ago.

I suppose small moto/car parts would be easily done as well.
