Hi what are the stock pieces
what are the parts on the fly that I can use to secure the side covers/engine cover?

This is what my bike has
they aren't real good and need a good replacement
and I don't have enough

You can use a regular nut & washers to secure the side panel. Just get some with the same thread size & pitch.
