Hey! Welcome to MV and congratulations to your fist post!

You have a Vespa GTS 300 75th anniversary, right? Then it is the TFT comparable to the SuperTech up to the MY23 facelift (there are isolated reports of defects in the switch units on the newer ones, but not on your year of manufacture).

The movement of the joystick shows no reaction? So in the every direction? No push either?

Maybe the plug behind the handlebar cover has slipped out? Did you have any covers off?

do you mean can't access the settings menu on the bike (for lang config, paring, etc)

do you mean that with the app connected it doesn't do what you expect?

do you mean nothing at all ever (if so probably what GermanGTSDriver said)

since when has this started happening?

The joy stick does not scroll or effect the TFT display at all. Zero functionality.

check the connector then. remove windshield, mirrors and front part of the handlebar cover.

and since when? eg after a pressure washer that squirted into there?
