My px has a malossi 177cc kit, I've been told 2 1/2 turns out from fully in, with the screwdriver blade, is one turn out a full turn of the screwdriver.

Affirmed, like the face of a clock. Remember when changing mixture, it's like a see-saw in the process. When making minute changes, yes minute.
Never move the clock hands more than 1 hr at a time. I didn't read the link, language can be as tricky, so do compare notes. Taking much care is like measuring twice and cutting once. 12 hr face, as opposed to 24 hrs. Scratching head for moment, maybe a 24 face might be better on an upgrade.
