I may wrong but 40mm works with SIP rims and drum brake hubs. Will look.

Absolutely exhausting half day of grinding, sanding, cleaning, grinding, sanding, cleaning, grinding, sanding, cleaning...
But now hub is ready for the glass blasting finishing. It is not perfect, but better than I expected. And carrier still need more sanding, sanding, sanding...

More progress.
SaFiS you was right - 40mm studs is too long. So I cut them to 35mm and mount into hub. I also put new bearings and seals. I decide to use wider needle bearings. For the hub HK2020 instead of HK2016. For carrier HK2216 instead of HK2212. Then it turned out that there is no space in carrier for two HK2216. So I put in HK2216 and standard HK2212. Another option is HK2216 and HK2214 but I couldn't find the last one in decent quality.
HK2016 vs. HK2020
HK2016 vs. HK2020
HK2212 vs. HK2216
HK2212 vs. HK2216

Thanks mates.
Hours of googling, reading, thinking and comparing and in the end I decide to choose Ottopuntouno. Today it arrived. Nice overall impression, in hands better than on pics, but still I don't like levers.

Love the little details you add to your builds. Makes a big difference.
I'd love to see what you'd come up with if you built a custom chopper! |

Quick note: i think you need to relocate the speedo cable so that it goes just inside of the right fork. Then you would need to located the black colored speedo drive hub into the index on the lower right fork lug. The speedo hub should be facing back towards the rear of the bike quite a bit more. |

Bottom end was mounted.
It was harder than I thought and took all my free time this evening. Absolutely unable to put in lower shock absorber bolt and here cut out on mudguard help a lot. I unscrew shock, compress spring and turn it down with carrier. Inserted bolt and turn it back. I also was need to grind a bit holes for bolts on the shock absorber mount. In the end all good and much better than I expected about LML hub looking. I think that removing ring from the hub is main gamechanger, thanks whodatschrome.

Almost done.
It turns harder than I thought. When I mounted bottom banjo to hose I had some doubts about its tightness. But there was surprising that top banjo started to leak a bit during brake bleeding. I redone top banjo with cut hose a bit and new olive. After that I understand what I did wrong with bottom banjo. I was right and it started to leak very little. Result the brake is work. How good nobody knows before spring. But it feels strong. Too cold now so I have lot of time to redone bottom banjo. Anyway not so bad for the first time working on brake hose.
Lever is catching something inside handlebar and not smooth moving. Need to file a bit.
