Dave Chappelle's two new multi$ projects notwithstanding....

THE most visited attraction in Yellow Springs is, understandably, the Group W bench in front of Tom's Market.

Tens of thousands of visitors, and a scooter rider, sit on this bench and wonder what to do, next.

Since wood was invented this dam bench has wobbled and spilled my coffee. 4 or 5 times a year I find myself sitting in an embarrassingly obvious lake of spilled Fine Brazilian Blend.

Well. No more!
Doubtlessly...the Y.S. Dept. of Bridges and Benches have finally responded to my emails....
And bye gawd they've leveled and shimmed the damned thing!

I asked - he said he sold it. Said it was "squirrely as H to steer!"
This is not my photo - taken near the UnderDog Cafe' in Y.S. - it's not cool to take pics of him. He prefers to be just a village citizen.

Now he rides into the village from his place down the road in his G-Wagen.
