I had the opportunity to make a new Vespa friend today. We talked scooters and life, and discussed how to approach refurbishing his P200E to make it road worthy. Which led us to finding this original recall letter from Vespa of America. It details a manufacturing defect with the wheels on certain models of the P-series. Thought I would share with the MV community.

Not VoA, but a letter dated May 1959 found in a Douglas issued Service Station manual. (Now all I need is a GS150 v5 to go with it.)
