My Vespa logbook states I have a p200e however the CC is stated at 125cc

I am trying to find insurances quotes but as I am on a CBT it's not letting me put the model as a p200e as the CC is too high , anyway of getting around this , like I say the logbook states it is a 125

I'm moving this to the Not So Modern section, as that's where you might get the best advice and knowledge. All I know is that the two engines are completely different.

The only way to know what exact model & engine you have is to check the VIN & engine number. Logbook is just that, a log. Check the scoot to be sure

Engine could have been changed, so you may have a P200 frame with a P125 engine

Yes I think the engine has been swapped , like I say it's causing difficulty insurances as the model is now a p200e

If you find a way of changing it let me know. My 125 is a P200 frame. Have to pay P200 tax as the duty is connected to the frame.
My 181 is a 125 frame, so 125 tax. Balances it out, conscience is clear.
